Auggie learns in the book Wonder that not all people are mean and judgmental. How is Auggie going to get through middle school?.

The theme to Wonder is Don't judge people that are different on the outside because they are the same in the inside.

Throughout the story people judged and made fun of him.  For example Julian said "if I looked like him, seriously, I think that I'd kill myself" this shows that the people can judge and be mean.  But you can you can get over it like later in the story august gets over them and just stays away from them.

Also in the story there are some nice people that just see him as a person not a freak.  For example Jack and summer stick up for him throughout the story.  This shows that not all people see him as different and just see him as a nice smart kid.

By the end of the story August has more friends that stick up for him.  For example Amos, miles and Henry ditched Julian and helped August when older kids were bullying August then at the end when he finished school he had a lot of friends. Also jack was mad at Julian for being such a jerk and punched him in the face to teach him a lesson, but at the same time he would not tell on Julian

 

As I think well reading the book is that in life there are mean people and we all should just stay away from them. And do not join them in bullying it is wrong.

Washington D.C.

"Okay Eric go grab your suitcase and I will meet you at the bus" my mom said. It was like 4:00 we were getting on the bus to Washington D.C.. Slowly one by one suitcase and people were getting on the bus.  So finaly it was my turn so I pushed my suitcase and hopped on the bus.  Nia was like Eric sit here Tomas was sitting with Jake and Teresa was with her mom.  Then the bus started to move so we all waved to our parents.

Lost in hot water

"CANNONBALL!!" I yelled as I jumped into a pool well it was negative degrees out.  When I hit the surface of the water it was burning hot.  Then my eyes hit the water to I just saw legs and light.  There was a lot of people and I could not find them...

Nuds Nob chairlift

"AHHHAAHHH!!" I yelled as I dangeld off of the chair lift.  We were up north at NubsNob ski resort.  My cousin Jacob and I were getting on the green chairlift in the front of the mountain.  He kept stepping on my skis and pushing me with his poles.  So he kept doing it and he stopped me with his poles, so I went faster then I went past the red line. I still had time before it came so I tried to scoot backwards. It came faster than I thought and I missed but my back hit it so I was holding on.  Then a nice guy next to us pulled me up.
